There's no need to ask on chat for support to check your ticket, it will be done and if the problem is real you will get a reply with a fix or an appropriate answer to why it cannot be fixed. No need to spam chat for that.

boydcyr2 L1: For example, I still have opened support tickets with no reply from 2021 and since I know the reason already why there's no reply (because I have opened ticket for same issue on other account and got my reply there) I don't spam chat for them to check my tickets.
